"Just My Imagination"

Happy Thursday – Ladies, we are a day closer to the weekend, thank goodness. Yesterday, I posted what inspires you. Well, I’m still on that same kick. For some reason, I feel like some of you have so much to offer, but you just lack the motivation or the vision to see what it is you need to get started. That’s why I asked the question, what inspires you. Sometimes, if we look around our immediate surrounding, depending on where we live, it can be depressing. Neighborhoods that are drug infested or have dilapidated homes, or a high crime area, is enough to make you question, what inspiration comes out of that. Well, a lot of inspiration can come out of that. One of the greatest gifts we possess, is the power, of imagination. The imagination will make you see things around you, in a whole different light. It will remove all of the bad that is set before you, and allow you to visualize something more beautiful even in the midst of turmoil. You see, after that statement, there is some inspiration coming to you right now. Don’t let your circumstances or surroundings stop you from being inspired, because if the truth be told, we have come from some kind of mishap or dysfunction in our homes, or, our neighborhoods. I always try to picture it like this, if you have two people who grew up in the roughest section of town, why is it, that one makes it, and one doesn’t – because one visualized himself or herself going beyond his or her surroundings; something outside, or right in front of his or her face, inspired them. Whether it was the drug dealer whom they wanted to be nothing like, or the females that wanted nothing more out of life other than to sit around and complain. Like I said yesterday, inspiration can come from just plain old life. This has been in my spirit, and I feel like I can’t rest until you catch the vision. So again ladies take a real good look around you, and see what your inspiration is. Enjoy the rest of your day. As always, peace & love…..
