Happy Tuesday Sisters - I pray all has had a great day today. Mine was a little funky; took Benadryl late last night, and felt sluggish all day. I don't think I realized how potent that stuff is. Although, I did sleep very well, last night.
This evening, a word has been floating around in my mind - phase(s). In my Joan Rivers voice, "Can We Talk." It amazes me in life, how our lives go through so many different phases. We go through the phase of infancy to toddler, from toddler to teenagers, from teenagers to young adults and from young adults to adulthood. We are constantly evolving into some new phase. Well, I'm feeling like a new phase in my life right about now. In less than six months, I will be turning 45, that's five years away from the big "50" - wow. Not that I'm complaining or anything because I'm not. I'm just amazed at how my mind works now. I'm at a phase, where I want to live like never before. I'm more aware of things around me. I appreciate everything; trees, flowers, sounds, etc. Do you know what I mean?
Phases, for some people are frightening, and the reason being, is because phases mean change. But I say, don't be afraid of the phase or season that you are in right now; embrace it. For in your embracing, you will discover a new you.
Sisters, life is about phases and changes and with those phases, comes new challenges and discoveries. Therefore, when you find yourself in this position, enjoy the moment, because in a few short minutes, another will be coming along.
Have a great rest of the night, and remember, enjoy the phase you are at right now.
