"It's Your Season"
Happy Sunday - Good beautiful morning sisters on this second day of Spring. I'm sure most of you are in the House of God now, giving thanks for all that He has done for you on this week, and all that He will continue to do in your future. Today, as I relax, (but still giving praise and glory to God the Father) from the excited weekend that I had at the Winner's Summit Conference in Baltimore, MD, the thought came to mind; our God given, gifts and talents, are for a purpose. So don't look at the next sister and say, that only she has a gift; not so, God gave us all one (Rom 11:29), including you, because you have purpose. Therefore, you have no excuse; just take a moment to see exactly what your gift or talent is. This weekend, I was reminded once again, by the most incredible women, that we were given gifts to help others. Friday evening at the reception of the Winner's Summit, as I stood in adoration of these awesome women [Side bar: which by they way, were not selfish in sharing their experiences on how to get to where they have gotten; key point - not selfish] who were receiving awards for their outstanding achievements in their self-owned businesses [another side bar: some of these women were millionaires], I thought about how so many other sisters who have the same potential, can receive the same thing, including myself. Traci Lynn of Traci Lynn's Jewelry said something that jolted my spirit, and it was this, "when you leave this earth, make sure all that God has given you to do, has been done." And that's what I'm saying to you today, don't leave here, with all these God-given talents and gifts that God has so graciously bestowed upon you, and not one time, utilize, or tap into the richness of them. He gave you those talents for a reason; to help others; that's all they're for. And when you don't use them; you have not fulfilled your purpose. So come on ladies, start tapping into these gifts. Trust me, He wants you to. And not only that, but when you decide to make a move, He will send the people you need in order to enhance and to make those gifts come alive. It's a new season - your season, my season; can't you feel it, don't you see it all around you; we have the power to create, to inspire, and to achieve (I can shout on that one all by myself). Please hear me sisters, stop waiting; the time is here, don't waste it. Life precious, but it is also short. Therefore, begin to live in your season NOW!! I love you, and I want to see you succeed in all that you do, because you are exquisite diamonds. Peace & Love...
