
Zora Neale Hurston (January 7, 1891-January 29, 1960), was an American folklorist, Anthropologist, and an Author during the time of the Harlem Reniassance. She is best known for her novel, "Their Eyes Were Watching God", a book that Oprah Winfrey turned into a movie, starring Halle Berry and Michael Ealy.
